  • Q - Do I need reservations?
    A - If you have a large party or wish to reserve the party room for a birthday, bridal shower, ladies' night, etc., a reservation is a good idea. Otherwise, a reservation is not necessary. Walk-ins are happily welcomed.

  • Q - Is it safe to eat or drink from my piece?
    A - As long as your piece has been glazed and fired, completely sealing in the bisque, it is totally safe to eat or drink from. Any piece that is used for eating or drinking must be finished in this way, rather than staining with acrylic paints in a paint-and-take style.

  • Q - Are the pieces dishwasher and/or microwave safe?
    A - Pieces finished using standard underglazes and glazes are dishwasher and/or microwave safe. If metallic finish is used, dishwasher and microwave should not be used.

  • Q - I don't live nearby. Do you ship out of town?
    A - ABSOLUTELY. For an additional fee to cover shipping and handling, we will be happy to ship your piece once fired.

  • Q - Do you sell finished pieces?
    A - Yes, we do. In fact, you can commission a finished piece to your own specifications concerning colors. Please contact us for more information concerning timing, availability, and price.

  • Q - Can I request an item that I don't see on your shelves?
    A - Certainly! Simply contact us with your request and we will provide you photos of pieces we can acquire to choose from. No additional charge for such a request beyond the studio price once it arrives.
